Legislative Intel Terms of Use

Company: Pipeline-e, LLC
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Pipeline-e, LLC ("Pipeline-e," "we," "us," or "our") for use of Legislative Intel ("Application").
By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Beta and Experimental Service
Legislative Intel is a startup application experiment and beta product. The Application may be incomplete, contain errors, or change without notice.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your credentials secure
- Be responsible for activity under your account
3. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with Application operation or security
- Use the Application to violate law or third-party rights
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including software, interface, and related materials, is owned by Pipeline-e, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Service Availability and Project Continuation
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Pipeline-e, LLC may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time
- The Application may be discontinued permanently if the business decides not to continue the project
- Your right to use the Application ends immediately when access is terminated or the project is closed
6. No Warranty
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeline-e, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Application.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Application after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
