Legislative Intel Beta User Agreement

This Beta User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Beta Tester" or "You") and Pipeline-e, LLC ("Company"), the owner and operator of the Legislative Intel application.

By accessing or using the Legislative Intel beta application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Beta Nature of Application

You acknowledge and understand that the Application is currently in Beta Testing. This means the Application is an experimental version, is not fully functional, and may contain bugs, errors, and inaccuracies. The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Pipeline-e, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or accuracy of the Application.

2. No Legal Advice

Legislative Intel is an information and analysis tool. You acknowledge that any data, bill summaries, statutory research, or drafting assistance provided by the Application do not constitute legal advice. The Application is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed attorney. You should verify all information against official legislative records and consult with legal counsel before taking action based on any output from the Application.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Application, including all code, algorithms, tools (such as the Legislative Counsel drafting suite), and UI/UX design, is the sole and exclusive property of Pipeline-e, LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. Your feedback provided during the beta period may be used by the Company to improve the Application without compensation or credit to you.

4. Limitation of Liability and Waiver of Right to Sue

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeline-e, LLC shall not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

By using the Application, you expressly waive any right to sue Pipeline-e, LLC, its officers, employees, or agents for any claims related to the performance of the Application, the accuracy of its data, or any loss of data that may occur during the beta testing period.

5. Confidentiality

As a Beta Tester, you may have access to non-public information regarding the Application’s features and functionality. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to share screenshots, recordings, or detailed descriptions of the Application's "under-the-hood" processes with any third party without prior written consent from Pipeline-e, LLC.

6. Termination

Pipeline-e, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Beta Application at any time, for any reason, without notice.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


By logging into Legislative Intel and participating in this beta test, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement.
